The Blade of the North is a Squire weapon rewarded for completing the Etherian Holiday Extravaganza challenge as a Squire.
The Blade of the North is one of the strongest Squire weapons, along with other challenge rewards such as the High Five, the Couteau, the Flamewarder, and Malificar's Rapier. Its relatively fast swing rate and commonly-found high number of upgrades make it a very powerful weapon once upgraded.
