The Eternian Spear is a Monk weapon rewarded for defeating the Old One in the Crystalline Dimension on Nightmare or Ascension Hardcore/Ruthless as a Monk or Initiate. In Redux, it is also obtainable from clearing Crystal Cave, Returnia - Part 5 and True Boss Rush.
