Notes[]

  • When there are no enemies at melee range, the Forest Golem will throw rocks more often.
  • Forest Golems do not heal Summoner minions.

Tips[]

  • The Forest Golems' aggro generation, self-healing and provided damage reduction make them an excellent replacement to bulky minions on open fields if there are Defense Units to spare, such as those in the Crystalline Dimension.
  • A Forest Golem placed next to a non-minion tower stack can single-handedly sustain it from residual damage and occasional non-Forest Ogre swings, while also providing the high single-target damage Lightning Towers lack.
    • However, golems have a tendency to waste rock throws at enemies behind cover. On Ruthless difficulty, the massively increased health pools of Spiders and Goblin Copter may still require Reflection Beams to block their webs and rockets.

Version History[]

  • ?: Passive aggro radius/strength reduced by ~50%.
  • ?: Mana cost increased from 150 --> 300.
  • 9.2: Introduced.

Trivia[]

  • The Forest Golem uses the summoning animation and sounds of minion defenses, despite not being a minion itself.
