Heal Self is a toggled ability shared by all heroes.

While active, mana is expended to restore lost hit points. The restoration rate depends on their Casting Rate. The total mana cost to heal back up to full is displayed over this action's wheel icon. Healing can be started even if the hero has insufficient mana to complete the heal. Heal Self will be terminated when the hero reaches full health, runs out of mana or takes damage. Trying to Heal Self while at full health will display the message, "You can't Heal yourself when you have full Health."

Notes/Tips[]

  • Heal Self's mana cost is halved on Nightmare difficulty and above. During most Assault missions on any difficulty, it is significantly more expensive.
  • Having a Hero Casting Rate stat < 0 (negative) will result in a hero's healing rate being the same as if it was zero.
  • In most combat cases as a Barbarian, it is more cost-effective to use Siphon Stance for health restoration instead.
