The Highland Ripper is a Squire weapon sometimes awarded for completing any non-PvP level on Ascension. It has a 1/3 chance to be rewarded for beating True Boss Rush on Ascension, the other two possibilities being the Heart Bringer or Fire Axe.
This fast-swinging sword boosts the wielder's movement speed by 1.10x.
