The Mitt Costume is a Squire costume added with the President's Day Surprise DLC. It is unlocked after beating the Presidential Battle Arena challenge.
It exchanges roughly 11% of his health for approximately 44% more movement speed. The costume also makes the Squire's melee combo follow the Countess's style.
