PC Only Content Information on this page is PC specific. |
The Pet Rock is awarded for reaching wave 30 of the Talay Mining Complex on either Survival or Pure Strategy mode instead of the standard Giraffe on Treadmill.
Similar to the Giraffe on Treadmill, to make up for its lack of offensive or defensive capabilities it provides a much larger increase to stats than other familiars, at the cost of reduced movement speed.
Unlock Conditions
- Players must complete wave 30 on Survival or Pure Strategy in the Talay Mining Complex to unlock this pet.
Notes
- The Pet Rock cannot attack enemies.
- Effectively reduces Hero Speed to zero.
- Cannot be purchased from the Tavernkeep.
Trivia
The effective reduction of the Hero Speed stat to zero is a reference to the "overencumbered effect" experienced in a variety of games which employ an inventory encumbrance system.[1]
