The Pirate Imposter is a Barbarian costume unlocked by completing "Halloween Spookactular 3!" on Ascension Campaign (Redux) OR "Spooktacular Bay" For First time Campaign completion.
It is a purely cosmetic variant of the Tavernkeep Imposter, with the same stat bonuses and drawbacks. This costume can thus serve as an alternative to players who have not yet achieved Ultimate Defender.
