The Slice N Dice Blockade, colloquially known as the Spinner, is the highest-level tower that the Squire and Countess have access to (Pre-Redux).
When an enemy draws near this tower, it raises and winds up its blades until they reach full speed and strength. At max speed, the Slice N Dice damages all surrounding enemies at a fixed 5 times/second and a radius of 4.42. The tower will maintain these statistics until no single enemy is within its detection range.
In Redux, the Slice N Dice Blockade has increased health and damage scaling, generates more enemy aggro and has a new suction mechanic. It pulls nearby enemies into its blades, as long as it has line-of-sight to them.
Usage[]
If a party has extra Defense Units, then Slice N Dice Blockades are a good replacement to less costly blockades. Their combination of high health and damage make them excellent against packs of enemies which is further amplified if touching a buff beam. The added suction mechanic in Redux helps offset their weakness to ranged mobs by pulling them in.

Defense Range corresponds to the area the Slice N Dice detects enemies, while Attack Rate determines the maximum time it takes to reach top speed, attack range and DPS.
