The Obsidian Sparus is a Monk weapon that is one of three possible weapon rewards for completing Akatiti Jungle Campaign, regardless of the hero used. This glaive often rolls with high stat bonuses.

- The Obsidian weapons, including the Obsidian Sparus, are unique among other weapons in the game, due to the fact that they have two forced stat rolls: Hero Damage and Tower Attack. An even more obscure fact is that the Obsidian Sparus rolls with a forced minimum knockback of 10.
- Due to the previously mentioned fact, a player is statistically more likely to obtain a Sparus that caps Hero Damage or Tower Damage than staves that lack this trait.
