The Unicorn Staff is a mage weapon sometimes sold by the Tavernkeep after beating any mission or five consecutive Survival waves on Ascension. It can alternately be obtained through the True Boss Rush challenge.

Its shots pierce through enemies and terrain. It also boosts the user's movement speed by 10%.

Version History

• 12.0.3:
  • No longer sold by the Tavernkeep. Instead, this weapon is a possible random reward for beating any mission on Ascension. It is still a guaranteed reward from True Boss Rush.
  • Weapon size reduced by 40% to make the staff easier to shoot accurately.
  • Fixed the Unicorn Staff slowing down enemies it hits.

• The Unicorn Staff is one of the very few mage weapons that fires enemy-piercing projectiles. It shares this trait with the Void Staff.
