The Wheel o’ Fortuna is the Jester's second ability. It costs 150 mana to activate and has a 30-second cooldown.

A 3-slot machine interface opens when this ability is activated. Rolling certain combinations on the wheel will produce either positive or negative effects. The potency of most effects scale with this ability's stat.

When this ability is in use, the Jester dances in-place and is unable to move.

Negative Effects[]

Golden Enemies Turns 5-25% of all enemies on the map golden. These can include foes Djinn normally do not buff, like Ogres and other Djinn.

Potency decreases the higher Ability 2 is.

Buff Enemies Enemies deal 2.5x more damage and take ~33% less for 14 seconds.
Downgrade Nearby Tower Instantly downgrades the closest defense to the Jester.
Players Unable to Repair Players cannot use "Repair Defense" for 10 seconds.
Speed Up Enemies Speeds up enemies temporarily.
Random Player Teleport Randomly teleports players.
Damage Core Damages the core by 14%.

Debuff Enemies Enemies deal ~51.7% less damage and take 42.5% more damage for 14 seconds.
Buff Players Ally heroes take 50% less damage and deal slightly more (scalable) damage for 18 seconds.
Damage All Enemies Damages all enemies on the map for up to 50% of their max health.

Caps at 3,726 in Ability 2. In Redux: Cannot affect the same enemy more than once.

Kill Portion Of Enemies Instantly kills a number of living enemies equal to 15% of all mobs on the map, dead ones included, prioritizing the oldest mobs alive. Actual percent killed will be higher and scale with the relative amount of corpses. At least one susceptible enemy is guaranteed to die to this wheel combination.
Stun Enemies Stuns 64% of enemies on the map for five seconds.
Slow-Motion Slows down time by 50% for 10 seconds.
Upgrade Nearest Tower Instantly upgrades the closest defense to the Jester.
Heal All Allies Heals all heroes and defenses on the map for up to 75% of their max health.

Caps at 3,726 in Ability 2.

Slow Down All Enemies Slows down every enemy on the map.
Jump Boost Greatly increases your jump height for a temporary amount of time.

Also has the chance to increase gravity in a bad way.

Notes/Tips[]

  • The magic number 3,726 is widely considered the effective cap to Wheel O' Fortuna. In reality, this is the point where only "Damage All Enemies" and "Heal All Allies" hit their caps.
  • "Buff Players" does not stack with the Propeller Cat. The cat takes precedence if its damage boost is higher.
  • "Debuff Enemies" does not stack with ally Spider webs.
  • "Damage All Enemies" (Triple Swords) will aggro all Ogres present to the Jester who rolled the effect (assuming they can pathfind to them).
  • Combinations that apply to enemies do not affect bosses or evil heroes.
  • Right-clicking will stop all spinning slots at once which may allow the player to produce an outcome faster.
  • If the Jester suffers damage while rolling on the wheel, the ability will be interrupted, but won't go on-cooldown. This can be used to one's advantage if they mistime the first or second slots.
