Winter Wonderland is known for being one of the hardest maps in the game. Winter Wonderland is a DLC map created for the Holiday. At the end of last wave, 4 Mega Snowmen willl spawn along with 4 evil heroes. These enemies have a large amount of health, with 500 million health and 500 to 1.5 billion health respectively on Nightmare mode.

The enemy heroes will often jump in-response to any direct damage. The Apprentice will periodically cast Mana Bomb when a player is at melee-range. The Huntress fires three-way spreadshots and a Piercing Shot on-occasion; she has to reload from time-to-time though. She will also back away from heroes who get too close to her. The Monk will alternate between chasing his target to melee them and firing low-damage projectiles at them.

One piece of coal is awarded per player for completing the Campaign mission on at least Medium difficulty. A Diamond familiar can be crafted from 44 small coal or 88 standard coal in the player's item box. Diamonds made from the latter size of coal are drastically better than the ones created from small coal.
88 Standard coal can be crafted into a Diamond familiar, while only 44 small coal is needed to create the Small Diamond familiar. The small Diamond is weaker than the standard Diamond, and the standard Diamond is therefore much more desired.
